Whee...

Before talking about what I actually want to talk about, I need to say that I was an avid World of Warcraft player for years. However, many of the changes Blizzard made and a big quarrel in my guild made me think about it, and therefore I decided to quit WoW in April 2009. Meanwhile I'm playing old school games like Starcraft and Age of Empires, and now I'm stuck with Battlefield Heroes.

Battlefield Heroes. I admit that I was quite skeptical about this game, however someone in my guild got a few beta keys, so I got one and.... Geez! It's fun! Especially when you're rocking the servers with your friends. I feel like back in 2002 when we were playing Counterstrike. Of course, the game is different, and I kinda miss the accurate aiming, but it's fun nonetheless. I had a bit of trouble getting started, but I'm level 10 now, and it's really fun. I'm not sure if I will buy it, but that won't stop me from enjoying the beta.

Also, I've had a few conversations with my friend Vegemoon these days, and I'm thrilled that she is working on her fan character Andrea again. I know many people would like to see the comic continued, and so do I. I don't know what and when anything happens, but I'm sure it's gonna be great. Her works have always been both beautiful and inspirational, so a bit of patience will certainly be rewarded.
